CLI logging helper for repeated runs with metadata tracking.

``bless`` wraps any command, captures stdout/stderr with timestamps, and stores
the output as compressed gzip logs. Optionally stores logs in MongoDB or streams
them to a central server via Cap'n Proto RPC.
